The flat is in the centre of Rome, very luxurious and quiet, near the beautiful parks of Villa Ada and Villa Borghese. Among luxurious buildings dating back to the XIX Century, there are various monuments (Priscilla, Santa Felicita and Sant’Agnese catacombs) and Coppedè quarter, a unique architectural masterpiece.
The commercial area of Via Libia is just few metres from the flat. This area is well connected with the other side of the town. It is perfect for tourists or businessmen.

The dedroom reserved for you (with two single beds or one double bed), one finds in a splendid epoch palace. The rest of the apartment (in common with the owner) has a hall, a work room, a living room (where we can add two beds), a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. Choosing this solution you are totally independent: you have the keys of the flat and of your room. You can use the kitchen and you can find food for breakfast in the sideboard.

  • Italian breakfast includes: milk, coffee, tea, toasted bread, jam and fruit juice. All food, if possible, is coming from fair trade. You can use the kitchen to cook or warm food. If you have special needs, we will try to fulfil them.
